Squair advises the Hygeco group in raising financing for the acquisition of Leslie R. Tipping

The Hygeco group, with Abenex in the capital, has raised financing for the acquisition of the British funeral services provider Leslie R.Tipping, which brings it nearly 10 million euros in revenue.

With this new external growth operation, the group will achieve nearly 50 million euros in turnover and will now be present in four key European markets (France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom). Hygeco thus strengthens its position as the leading European provider of solutions for the post-mortem sector and pathology laboratories.
