The control of the financialization of medical SELs put to the test by the Conseil d'Etat

In January 2024, the National Council of the Order of Physicians published a press release declaring war on the “financialization of medicine” and asking the legislator to eliminate the possibility for a non-professional third party to be able to enter into the capital of an SEL of doctors. The Conseil d'Etat has issued several decisions on the methods of control by the orders of this “financialization” of SELs in medical professions.
