Anaïs is involved in tax law. She assists clients made up of French and foreign companies in the management of their current operations and the implementation of structuring or strategic transactions.

She also assists natural persons in the structuring and transmission of their assets, including in the context of projects with an international dimension (impatriation, expatriation, asset management).

Anaïs has also developed recognized expertise in tax litigation and assists her clients in tax audits and disputes before national courts, but also before the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Anaïs worked at leading firms such as De Pardieu Brocas Maffei and Jeausserand Audouard, before joining Squair as a partner.
