Astier de Villate is a Parisian house known for its ceramics and perfumes. The company was co-founded in Paris in 1996 by Benoît Astier de Villatte and Ivan Pericoli, who remain shareholders at the end of the transaction.

Vesper Invest is an investment company specialized in the long-term support of growing and sustainable companies. Based in Paris, it is managed by Pierre-Guillaume Véron.
