Anthony works in French and European competition law. He regularly assists French and international companies before French and European regulatory authorities and their supervisory courts, on cases of merger control, anti-competitive practices (cartels, abuse of a dominant position), State aid and actions to compensate for competitive harm.
He also has expertise in distribution and consumer law, as well as in commercial contracts.
Before joining Squair, Anthony started his career at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei where he worked for over eight years.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, Anthony is an active member of AFEC - Association Française d'Etudes de la Concurrence. He is the author of the articles “Sustainable development: a new instrument for the application of competition law” (Lamy Competition review no. 128, 2023) and “Sustainable development: the European Commission 'verifies' its merger control” (L'Essentiel Droit de la distribution et de la competition no. 11, 2023).
