Registered with the Paris Bar, Charles-Louis is a partner in the mergers and acquisitions and private equity of hte firm. He advises private equity and venture capital funds on both LBOs and fundraising rounds. In addition, he regularly advises French and foreign companies on their external growth operations, as well as on the conception and implementation of their coporate restructuring and/or management packages.

Charles-Louis has extensive experience in assisting senior executives and founders with conceiving and implementing comprehensive exit strategies, as well as with the associated negotiations. He frequently advises clients in the education, luxury goods and entertainment industries.

Charles-Louis began his career at Willkie, Farr and Gallagher, before joining Chammas et Marcheteau. Prior to this, he worked for the New York law firm Lacher & Lovell-Taylor.

Charles-Louis holds a Master I in Business Law from the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas, a Master II in Litigation and Enforcement Law from the University of Paris-Est Créteil and a Master II in European Business Law from the University of Paris Descartes. He also studied international financial law at Kings College, London, where he obtained an LLM.
