Jennifer works in corporate and M&A and assists entrepreneurs and companies in their external growth operations and the implementation of their restructuring operations, as well as funds in their majority or minority investments and in the implementation of management packages. She also regularly supports startups in their fundraising efforts.

A member of the Nantes Bar's CSR Commission and with recognized expertise in the field, Jennifer helps companies take CSR aspects into account in their strategy, especially in the context of their corporate/M&A transactions.

Jennifer worked for international business firms in Paris (Fidal, 2010 -2014) and in a Private Equity/M&A boutique (Desfilis, 2014-2018; Guyard-Nasri, 2018-2019). She participated in the creation of the KPMG Avocats office and corporate /M & A activities in Nantes (Senior Manager KPMG Avocats, 2019-2023) before joining Squair in 2023.
