A lawyer at the Paris Bar, Louis works mainly in corporate law, in particular in the implementation of mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and transfers of control. He also assists managers and partners on aspects related to business management, the implementation of governance, as well as the restructuring of activities.

In addition, Louis works on private equity cases alongside managers and partners as well as investment funds, in the context of funding/venture capital or transmission capital transactions (LBOs).

He joined Squair in September 2024, after completing his final internship there. He also had previous experiences with other firms such as Deloitte Société d'Avocats and Fidal.
