Maria has extensive experience in supporting listed groups and SMEs in the implementation of their projects in France and abroad. She has thus been involved in numerous audit operations, internal or counterparty, and in the establishment of compliance programs adapted to the specificities of each of its clients.

Before joining Squair, Maria worked for renowned French law firms, but also “in house”, as Deputy Legal Director and Compliance Manager. His expertise has been recognized by Leaders League.

Maria is part of the teaching team at IRIS - International Strategy Analyst. She is a member of the Scientific Committee of the DU Compliance & Business Ethics of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
