Myrina brings expertise in complex private security law, a sector that is booming in France.
These activities lead her to assist security professionals (companies, training centers, managers, agents) in the context of their disputes against the National Council for Private Security Activities (CNAPS), both in terms of obtaining a title (approval, professional card) and in defending them in the context of a disciplinary procedure (prohibition to practice, financial penalties). She also advises these professionals in order to enable them to build a structured project, in compliance with regulations relating to private security activities.
She also advises all public security actors (police, police, police, military, firefighters) by dealing with the various problems they may encounter (harassment, disguised punishment, scoring, advancement, promotion, functional protection, etc.). In this capacity, she intervenes at the administrative (internal audit) and disciplinary (disciplinary council) stages, as well as in litigation before the courts (administrative court, judicial court).
Myrina discovered security law in the field when she joined the National Gendarmerie Reserve during her studies. She then worked for six years at CNAPS as head of the legal and litigation activity of the South-West Territorial Delegation. She has been a partner at Squair since December 2023.
