Damien is dual qualified both as an Avocat and a Solicitor of the Courts of England and Wales (non-practising).

Based in London and Paris, he advises businesses on both sides of the Channel on M&A, MBI and capital investment transactions, as well as on the structuring, implementation and follow-up of innovative or complex transactions (joint-ventures, turn-key projects, commercial partnerships, etc.).

He also has significant experience in commercial litigation before the French courts.

He holds a LLM from the University of Cardiff, a Master in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Nantes and a BBA from the University of Ottawa.
