Mathieu Gautier advises, assists and represents healthcare players in all aspects of their activities. He assists healthcare professionals, healthcare establishments, whether public or private, and healthcare centers in all areas (cooperation, structuring, CNIL control, RGPD compliance). On a day-to-day basis, he assists clients with all the statutory, legal and management issues they face.

Mathieu also advises manufacturers and distributors of healthcare products on the marketing of their medical devices. He also assists pharmaceutical companies with the implementation of healthcare regulations relating to their products and services.

He regularly advises public health establishments, local authorities, developers and low-income housing companies on construction projects, either to assist them in drawing up building permits, or to represent them in appeals against building permits.

Mathieu holds a Master 2 in Health Law from the University of Aix-en-Provence and a Master 2 in Management of Health, Social and Medical-Social Establishments from the University of Paris VIII. Mathieu spent several years working for leading healthcare firms before joining Squair.
